Mr. Walker is a 1988 graduate
of the University of Florida and a 1991 graduate
of Stetson University College of Law. He also
received a Master’s degree in taxation from
Emory University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Walker
served as a law clerk to two bankruptcy judges,
in Florida and California, from 1993 to 1995.
He is admitted to practice law in Florida, California,
and Georgia. His areas of practice include bankruptcy
litigation, commercial litigation and creditors’
rights.
