Mr. Walker is a 1988 graduate of the University of Florida and a 1991 graduate of Stetson University College of Law and he received an LL.M. in taxation from Emory University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Walker is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Florida and California. Mr. Walker served as a law clerk to bankruptcy judges in Florida and California, from 1993 to 1995. His areas of practice include bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. Mr. Walker is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association (Bankruptcy Law Section and Litigation Section), the State Bar of Georgia (Creditors' Rights Section and Bankruptcy Law Section), the American Bankruptcy Institute, and Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
