Kevin's practice focuses on commercial real estate and business litigation, with a specialty in commercial landlord/tenant matters, representing landlords and tenants of all sizes ranging from sole proprietorships to shopping centers. Kevin's practice also encompasses business law and litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and creditors' rights issues. Kevin is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association ("BOMA-Atlanta"), is a past Chair of the BOMA-Atlanta Government Affairs Committee, and was the 2009 BOMA Committee Chair of the Year. He has presented numerous seminars and Continuing Legal Education courses on landlord/tenant law and other real property subjects. He also provides pro bono representation and consulting to various schools and non-profit organizations in the Atlanta area. Kevin received his B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Potsdam and his J.D. and M.A. (Linguistics) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
