Kevin's practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation, specializing in commercial landlord/tenant matters, representing landlords and tenants of all sizes ranging from sole proprietorships to shopping centers. Kevin's practice also encompasses commercial/contract disputes, shareholder disputes, creditors' rights issues, bankruptcy law, construction litigation, and probate litigation. Kevin is also an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association ("BOMA-Atlanta") and is the Chair of the BOMA-Atlanta Government Affairs Committee. He also provides pro bono representation to various schools and non-profit organizations in the Atlanta area. Kevin received his B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Potsdam and his J.D. and M.A. (Linguistics) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
