Jeff Leonard serves as outside general counsel to Georgia-based privately-held companies and family businesses. From a business's inception through its entire life cycle, Jeff's practice allows him work closely with his corporate clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor who is able to react to and anticipate each client's legal needs. Jeff holds a computer engineering degree from Clemson University, where he graduated with honors, and is a graduate of the Wake Forest Law School, where he was a member of Law Review. Jeff currently serves as President of Everybody Wins! Atlanta, a charity promoting children's literacy in metro-area elementary schools. In 2008, Jeff was named a "Georgia Super Lawyers – Rising Star" in the annual survey produced by legal publisher Law & Politics. Jeff is "AV Peer Review Rated," the highest peer review rating given by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell.
