Ms. Humnicky received her J.D., cum laude, and M.B.A. in 2002 from Georgia State University. She graduated from Ball State University in 1995, with a B.S. in Sports Administration, after which she worked for professional sports teams until she entered law school full-time in 1999. She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge John T. Laney, III, United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Georgia, from 2002-2004. Her practice areas include: commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, and creditors’ rights.
