Mr. Fetter graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985, along with other honors. He received his law degree in 1988 from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Mr. Fetter's transactional practice concentrates in real estate and business law, including real estate leasing, development, acquisition, and finance; business acquisitions, financing, and contractual relations; secured lending; and franchising. He has authored and published tax planning and real estate articles, and has also lectured on various topics.

Mr. Fetter is a member of the American, Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations, and is a member of the Corporate, Real Estate and Banking Sections of the Georgia State Bar.

Mr. Fetter is involved with various charitable pursuits and is an active soccer coach holding both state and national coaching licenses.

Mr. Fetter was named one of "Georgia's Legal Elite 2008 -- The Best Lawyers in Georgia" by GeorgiaTrends magazine and is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
