Mr. Fetter, born in Ohio, graduated Phi Beta Kappa
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill in 1985, along with other honors. He received
his law degree in 1988 from Vanderbilt University
School of Law.
Mr. Fetter’s transactional practice concentrates
in real estate and business law, including real
estate development, acquisition, finance and
leasing; business acquisitions, financing, contractual
relations and employment law; secured lending;
and general commercial law. He has also authored
and published tax planning and real estate articles,
and has lectured on various topics.
Mr. Fetter is a member of the American, Georgia
and Atlanta Bar Associations, and is a member
of the Corporate, Real Estate and Banking Sections
of the Georgia State Bar.
Mr. Fetter is involved with various charitable
pursuits and is an active and state-licensed
soccer coach.
