Mr. Berman received his B.B.A. in accounting from Emory University, and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Berman is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Business Honor Society, and a member and past president of Beta Alpha Psi, National Accounting Honor Society. In 2009 and 2010, Josh was named a 'Georgia Super Lawyers - Rising Star' in the annual survey produced by legal publisher Law & Politics.
Joshua's practice concentrates in estate and gift tax planning, including probate and estate administration, charitable planning, tax and estate planning for family-owned businesses, and business succession planning. In addition, he advises fiduciaries on legal and regulatory matters.
