CPM&S Partners Receive Several National Honors

Gus Small and Karen Fagin White, two CPM&S partners in our Litigation, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy group, have been named to several national listings recognizing elite lawyers who represent "the best of the best" within their respective fields.

Mr. Small and Ms. White were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2009 in the field(s) of Bankruptcy (Copyright 2008 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). Mr. Small and Ms. White were named among The Best Lawyers in America . Additionally, both were named 2008 Georgia Superlawyers (published by Law and Politics Magazine), and were listed in the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers 2009 (under "Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights").
