Cohen Pollock Merlin & Small, P.C. partner recognized in Worth magazine's Top 100 Attorneys
ATLANTA, January 5, 2009 – Tony Turner, a partner with Cohen Pollock Merlin & Small, P.C., a full service Atlanta law firm, has been named to Worth magazine's prestigious list of Top 100 Attorneys for 2008. Turner was one of only two Georgia lawyers included on the list and the only one specializing in estate planning.

In practice since 1988, Turner provides counsel in estate and charitable planning, business succession, asset protection, and trust and probate administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Law in Taxation (LLM) at Emory University. He has published numerous articles on a wide range of estate planning topics and regularly speaks at national seminars.
